Apollyon/Mayflower/Purnamoota Conductor
The Apollyon, Mayflower and Purnamoota Conductor Projects are located on EL9086, approximately 20km NW of Broken Hill in western NSW. The metamorphic complex throughout the tenement contains a range of early polymetallic stratiform to stratabound base metal and gold mineralization including several Broken Hill styles as well as later recycled hydrothermal-epithermal base metal +/- Au vein styles. The vein systems commonly include shear related siderite bearing Thackaringa Type Pb Ag Zn +/-Cu (Au) deposits.

The Apollyon Valley Shear Zone includes a linked system of epigenetic Thackaringa-type Pb-Zn-Ag mineralised veins in two main lodes 400m apart. Veins are centimetres to several metres thick and are centred around substantial historical workings. Reprocessed dump materials produced high grade Ag Zn & Pb concentrate.

-
The Mayflower prospect contains a cluster of ~20 Thackaringa-type Ag-Pb-Zn epigenetic vein deposits, with two major workings (Mayflower, Victory). Extensive veins in lodes or stockworks are evident in areas of brecciation and quartz-clay alteration. One sample of 25g/t Au is reported at Mayflower.

The Purnamoota Conductor exhibits a ~4km stratabound high-intensity EM anomaly in Allendale Metasediments (base Broken Hill Group). It is associated with impersistent surface gossan, quartz-garnet, and quartz-gahnite rocks (~BHT signature, GSNSW interprets Great Eastern Fe-Cu-Au type mineralisation). The Conductor is attributed to massive/ semi-massive and disseminated pyrrhotite (generally remobilised, sheared) in a zone up to ~20m thick. Anomalous base metals and Au have been reported by historical analysis.

Panda Mining is currently conducting a thorough historical analysis of the three prospective areas on EL9086 to better understand and rank targets for follow-up exploration.
